Lecithin is an important natural source of choline, inositol, and linoleic acid. Choline and inositol are vital components of all cell membranes and play important
roles in cell growth and function.
Triple Strength Lecithin contains a soybean phosphatide complex which contains approximately 35% of important phosphatidyl choline. Each softgel provides 420 mg of phosphatidyl choline equal to 65 mg of natural
choline, with other naturally occurring components such as cephalin (phosphatidyl ethanolamine) and inositol phosphatides.
