recommended to take them 2 hours apart. American ginseng slices are an easy and convenient way to take ginseng. Take some with you on a trip, to the gym, or to the office. They can be chewed as candy or put 10-20 pieces in a cup and fill with boiling water for use as a tea,
refill 2-3 times with hot water as needed.
